Token Booking
The token booking amount (₹[AMOUNT]) confirms your booking and is non-refundable.

Project Fees
If a project is cancelled by the client after work has started, fees for work completed and committed resources will be payable. Any discretionary refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Company Cancellation
If we cannot accept or must cancel a booking due to unforeseen reasons, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund of the token amount.
