No Physical Shipping
We do not ship physical goods. Our services (drawings, 3D renders, reports) are delivered digitally via email or shared links. Any printed sets/site deliveries are arranged separately if required.

Timelines
Delivery timelines are shared in proposals and depend on scope and client approvals. Milestones and revisions are communicated by email/phone.

Receipt of Deliverables
We consider deliverables received when sent to the client’s registered email or download link.
