Services
We provide architectural and interior design services. Scope, timelines and deliverables are defined in proposals/agreements shared with clients.

Prices & Payments
Prices/fees will be shared in proposals. Online payments are processed securely by third-party gateways. Taxes, if applicable, are extra.

Bookings
Project/consultation bookings may require a token booking amount. Project work starts after confirmation of scope, documents and initial payment.

Intellectual Property
Designs, drawings, 3D models and content are our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client may use deliverables only for the approved project/site.

Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. On-site execution and regulatory approvals are the client’s responsibility unless explicitly contracted.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
